Serve in rocks glass, no ice.

Layer in order, Baileys should float on top of this shooter.

1 1/4 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1-1 oz. pkg. Hot Chocolate Mix

Pour hot chocolate mix into 9 oz. mug, add Schnapps, boiling water & stir. Garnish with whipped cream, cherry & a peppermint candy cane.

v BACARDI LEMONADE v

1.25oz -Bacardi lemon
dash of sour
splash of 7up
dash of sugar

1 oz Chambord
3 oz milk or heavy cream

Serve in a martini glass, drizzle in chocolate sauce & swirl. Optional: Substitute milk for 3 scoops of ice cream or serve over ice.

1 oz. Amaretto

Serve in a highball glass w/ice cubes & orange juice.

v CANCUN COFFEE v

1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Anisette
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
3 oz. Fresh Brewed Coffee

Wet coffee mug lip w/ lime, then dip rim in sugar. Pour liqueurs into mug & fill with coffee. Garnish w/ whipped cream.

CCARIBBEAN CARNIVALv

1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 1/2 oz. Guava Juice
1 oz. Grenadine
4 oz. Orange Juice
6 oz. Pineapple Juice

Serve: Collins glass w/crushed ice. Sprinkle w/nutmeg, garnish w/fresh orange slice & cherries.

1 oz. Canadian Club
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
3 oz. Apple Cider
1/4 Unpeeled Red Apple

Blend approx. 10 seconds with crushed ice & pour unstrained.

v C.C. NOG v

1 1/4 oz. Canadian Club
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. milk

Mix in shaker & pour into a tall glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

v COLD KRIPTONITE v v

4 oz Vodka
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Wildberry Schnapps
1 1/2 oz Madori

Blend with ice and serve in a tall glass

3/4 oz. White Creme de Menthe

Shake ingredients with ice. Pour and serve. Garnish with Candy Cane & Confetti & Straw with Streamers.

v COOL BREEZE v

1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice

Rocks glass. Fill w/club soda, garnish w/squeeze lime wedge.

v DOOR STOP v

1.5 oz of Sambuca
Float .5 oz. of 151 on top.

Light on fire, let burn for 5-10 seconds, blow out and drink at once.

Absolutely breathtaking! Good for when someone says, "Give me a shot I can feel."

1-1/2 oz. - Rumple Minze Hot
Cinnamon Schnapps

Serve in a 2 oz. shot glass or a pony glass.

v GLADIATOR v

Fill rocks glass 3/4 with OJ & 7

In a 2 oz.  shot glass, pour

1 oz.  Jack Daniels,
1/2 oz. banana liqueur,
1/2 oz. Baileys

Drop shot into drink and slam back! Try it, it's awesome.

1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Lemon Juice

Pour ingredients into container, add ice & 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Blend, strain into glass & serve.

v GREEN DRAGON v

3 oz. - Coco Lopez Cream of
    Coconut
1-1/2 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
1/2 cup cubed honeydew melon
2 cups ice

Mix in blender until smooth.
Serve in tulip glass.

v GREEN FROG v
from Down Under

Tall Hurricane Glass
Build on Ice
15 ML Bundaberg Rum (dark rum)
15ML Blue Cuercao
15ML Bacardi Rum
15ML Malibu (option)
Fill with Orange Juice (stir)
Top off with coconut cream
Garnish with pineapple leaves
Cocktail should be a dark shade of green with a white top

4-5 oz. Hot Apple Cider

Pour Tuaca into a steaming cup
of hot apple cider. Top with whipped cream & sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.

v HOT LIPS v

1-1/2 oz. - Absolut Vodka
8 dashes of Durkee hot sauce

Shake & strain over ice into a 2 oz. shot glass or pony glass.

v HOT PANTS v

1/4 oz. - Absolut Peppar
1 oz. - Peach Schnapps

1 Tablespoon coconut snow

Blend ingredients with crushed
ice. Garnish with a cherry.

1/8 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. White Crème De Menthe
1/2 oz. Jose Cuervo Gold

Layer in order in a pony glass.

v MEXICAN FIREWATER v

1 oz. - Tequila
3 0z. - Unsweetened Cranberry Juice

Combine in a mixing glass, shake well. Strain into 4 oz. chilled cocktail glass. Twist orange peel over drink, drop in.

1/3 oz. Crème de Banana,
1/3 oz. Butter Ripple Schnapps,

1/3 oz. Bailys or Irish Creme.

1/4 oz half & half

Mix in ice shaker & pour into small martini glass.

Rim glass with celery salt
Add ice, flavor with Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and olive juice. Garnish with 3 olives
